Description:  Vitamin E acts as antioxidant or a free-radical scavenger in chemical systems and is associated with membranous organelles. The naturally occurring forms of the vitamin B12 are methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin.   Vitamin B12  has two enzymatic ally active derivatives, Co-5’-deoxyadenosylcorrinoid and aquacorrinoids (methyl B12). Osmoregulation: Betaine serves as an organic osmolyte, which protects cells against osmotic stress, drought, high salinity and high temperature. Methyl donor function: Free methyl groups are generated for several metabolic reactions, such as synthesis of creatine, carnitine and others. Methyl group metabolism is amongst others important in preventing fatty liver syndrome.
