DESCRIPTION:

LIVER-PLUS contains Tricholine Citrate which is a salt of choline, and important lipotropic factor,  and component of many bio-membranes and plasma phospholipids. Choline also serves as a methyl donor in some reaction after it is converted to betaine. Deficiency of which leads to fatty infiltration of the liver. Fatty infiltration of the liver is present in several condition like malnutrition . Tricholine Citrate can also be converted into methionine, an important amino acid. The methyl groups are provided by methionine or by a reaction involving Vitamin-B12 and folic acid.

LIVER – PLUS Contains methionine which is considered as an essential amino acid. It is the precursor in the biosynthesis of S-adenosylmethionine, which is an important methyalting coenzyme involved in a variety of methylations, hence adequate dietary availability of choline is necessary.

LIVER – PLUS contains Viamin-B12 term refers to a group of molecules called cobalamins  which all contains cobalt. These include Hydroxocobalamin, Adenosyicobalamin(active coenzyme form), Methylcobalamin(active coenzyme form), Cyancobalamin (Synthetic form of vitamin B12 that can be transformed by the body into the active coenzymes). Like the other members of the B-Complex, Vitamin B12 is involved in the cellular metabolism of carbohydrate, protein and fat and in the production of blood cells in bone marrow, nerve sheaths , proteins. Deficiency of vitamin B12 results in anaemia, defective DNA synthesis in cells.

LIVER – PLUS contains Niacinamide (Nicotinic acid amide) which is prepared by the amidation of esters of Nicotinic acid. NAD and NADP are oxidizing coenzymes which are involved in electron transfer reactions and are fundamental for energy production, some dehydrogenases requires NAD or NADP. Deficiency of  which leads to symptoms  in GIT i.e diarrhoea, enteritis, stomatitis, the skin dermatitis.

LIVER – PLUS contains inositol necessary for the formation of lecithin; aids in the breakdown of fats; helps reduce blood cholesterol; helps prevent thinning hair.Deficiency symptoms; may result in high blood cholesterol, constipation, eczema, hair loss.

 LIVER – PLUS contains biotin, like many other vitamins in the B-Complex, is required for cellular metabolism of carbohydrate, fat and protein. It is also involved in the production of amino acids and glucose, and in the catalysis of fatty acid synthesis, required for energy production, gluconeogenesis (formation of glucose). Deficiency leads to dermatitis, anorexia and  hair loss.

 LIVER – PLUS contains sorbitol stimulates intestinal peristalsis, duodenal and pancreatic secretions and also stimulates gall bladder contraction thus facilitating the entry of bile into the duodenum and thus assist in proper digestion.
